JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading e-business solution provider, is looking for a:

Sales Support Specialist (Information Systems)


  • Customer Interaction:

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, calls, and messages. Coordinate with Key Account Managers to gather necessary information for customer support.

  • Proposal Preparation Processing:

Facilitate and manage the end-to-end financial proposal preparation and sales orders under the guidance of Key Account Managers.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and CRM records.

Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

  • Communication and Coordination:

 Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and address customer queries.

 Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment-related matters.

 Collaborate with Sales Team & Marketing Dept. to ensure alignment between sales efforts and promotional activities.

  • Sales Team Support:

Assist Key Account Managers in managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Provide administrative support for sales meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Utilize CRM and ERP tools to update and maintain customer information.

Monitor and report on customer engagement and interactions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Marketing will be preferred

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry

  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, understanding ERP/CRM basic functions

  • Very good organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English language

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work as a team member
