About the Role:

As a key member of the commercial team, the objective of this dual role is to manage brand & category development projects, with the respective local & international teams. You will develop brand & product launches in all channels, compelling administration in all accounts and fact - based trade arguments, which will enable the commercial team to establish strong presence for all brands in all sales channels. In other words, act as the owner of all internal information flows and market performance for the brands and the channels that (s)he will be responsible for (as required by the local and European leadership teams.


Responsibilities:

Brand Planning (Marketing) Optimization:

  • Management of the everyday business of the brands that (s)he will be responsible for

  • Launches of new products and brands in all channels

  • Assess holistic business performance, by synthesizing information from various sources (sales, orders, stock, forecasts, sales and market data e.g. Nielsen/IRI, business reviews, budget) to provide meaningful performance diagnostics and opportunities

  • Understand thoroughly business priorities and performance challenges, by acting as a liaison among global teams, local marketing, sales, clients/accounts and supply chain teams and become the central point for collective team's knowledge

Customer/Channel Planning and Promotion (Trade Marketing) Optimization:

  • Promotional Planning per channel

  • Analysis of internal & external sales data/promo evaluation

  • Stock management/allocation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or any other related field

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency both in English and Greek, as well as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • 2-3 (or more) years of relevant experience in FMCG, ideally a combination of commercial and insight roles (e.g. trade marketing, sales)

  • You have a commercial mindset and ideally some experience in supporting sales and operations planning

  • You have a structured approach to problem-solving and you are highly organized

  • You possess advanced negotiation skills, attention to details, ability to run multiple projects, keeping given deadlines

  • You are a people person that inspires seriousness and professional entity and a team player with positive & "hands-on" attitude
