From 1998 to 2016, Jean-Marc has served with an Agency of the French Department of Defence under the direct authority of the executive power which operates within a very strict legal and ethical framework. His authority in the field of Safety & Security is derived from these 18 years’ experience in the planning and implementation of intelligence operations across the globe, as well as his direct private maritime anti-piracy experience.
Having had the opportunity to witness the effectiveness of a real-based and observational HR approach first-hand, Jean-Marc founded Global Perception to serve corporate HR support needs at large by offering his expertise and legitimacy gained within the most demanding contexts.
Jean-Marc is fluent in French, Greek, English, and is proficient in Italian.
Jean-Marc was awarded the medal of Knight of the French National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite) for distinguished military achievements.

Alexandra Lekkou and Vicky Grigoriadou, Co-Founders of theHappyLab, draw upon a combined experience of 50 years in corporate environments, their psychology academic background, and a shared passion for people.
They both hold Master's degrees in Psychology, are certified Positive Psychology Practitioners and members of the International Positive Psychology Association.
They are also certified Coaches and trained Facilitators, who also enjoy serving as Mentors.
Together, they run experiential workshops using modern applied psychology insights and tools to enhance the positive practices of employees, leaders, and teams.
