Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Ensuring excellent customer service by providing personalized styling advice based on their wishes and occasion
Creating bonds with customers in order to strengthen their loyalty to the company and the products
Continuous information on trends in the field of fashion and excellent knowledge of the products offered
Participating in product inventory procedures and maintaining stock at desired levels
Accurate and efficient transaction processing and recording
Supporting the brand identity by embodying the company's values and aesthetics
Keeping the store area clean and organized in order to achieve the best possible experience for customers
Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and provide an exceptional level of customer service
Requirements:
Experience in retail sales in clothing and footwear - experience in a luxury brand will be an added advantage
Passion for fashion and elegance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional level of service
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Knowledge of using a computer
