Technical Supervisor (Pharma)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading greek pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Supervise the technical team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards in all technical activities
Coordinate technical training for staff to enhance their skills and ensure high-performance standards
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues
Review and approve technical documents and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a technical supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in technical documentation and project management tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
