JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational home and building materials retailer, is looking for a:
Store HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
Implement HR strategies and procedures across the stores and act as the liaison with Head Office
Deliver learning strategies, identify training needs, monitor training plans, and support performance management processes
Manage the recruitment and selection process, participate in interviews, oversee onboarding, and ensure a positive employee experience
Coordinate employee surveys, meet with Store Leaders and Managers, and support actions to improve engagement
Identify and communicate store needs related to compensation and benefits, handle employee queries, and liaise with the C&B team
Create and monitor store HR budgets and support Managers in productivity and workforce planning decisions
Advise and coach Store Leaders on HR matters, including evaluations, exits, and employee relations
Participate in store projects, events, committees, and talent review days
Oversee health and safety compliance and coordinate occupational doctor visits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role (ideally in Retail)
Solid understanding of Talent Management, Recruitment, and Employee Experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Very good command of English
