JUST ONE, on behalf of a Prêt-à-porter women's clothing Boutique, is looking for a Senior Sales Associate:
Senior Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
Processing cash, card and online payments
Updating customer records in the company’s database as required
Handling product returns
Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the Store Manager
Promoting products based on the company’s directives
Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
Managing product inventory at the store
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Sales Associate or in a similar sales role
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership abilities
Knowledge of market trends and competitors
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Fluent in English
