JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a fast-growing premium olive oil brand, is looking for a:
Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual and multi-year sales plans aligned with company growth targets.
Set, monitor and achieve sales targets across Retail, Wholesale, and Foodservice channels.
Identify and secure new customers, distribution partners and points of sale.
Lead negotiations with key accounts and secure favourable commercial terms.
Monitor market trends, competition and pricing to optimise commercial strategy.
Lead, coach and evaluate the performance of the sales team with clear KPIs.
Conduct frequent market visits with the team to ensure effective execution and customer engagement.
Oversee profitability metrics, credit control and margin optimisation.
Develop and maintain structured sales processes, reporting and CRM systems.
Provide the CEO with concise data-driven sales reporting, insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales management role with full sales accountability.
Strong background in the Food industry and FMCG sales.
Experience in the Foodservice channel and handling complex distribution networks.
Experience with olive oil or commodity-based products is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated success in building, leading and developing high-performance sales teams.
Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial judgment.
Focus on profitability, margin management and strategic pricing.
Capability to build structure, process and discipline in commercial operations.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ability to work independently under pressure.
High personal standards of integrity, accountability, strong work ethic and ownership mentality.
