Product Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company specializing in Personal Protective Equipment, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap on a global level.
Manage and develop the product portfolio (workwear, coveralls, gloves, PPE).
Conduct market, competitor, and international trend analysis.
Establish product positioning and pricing per market.
Participate in product design decisions (materials, colors, functionality).
Collaborate with designers and suppliers for the development of private label products.
Manage product branding elements including logo placement, labels, and packaging.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all product lines.
Oversee and manage technical documentation and product files.
Ensure compliance with CE / EN standards and PPE regulations.
Work closely with suppliers on testing, certifications, and specification updates.
Guarantee complete technical documentation for every product.
Support e-commerce operations with accurate product data (specs, descriptions, images).
Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches and campaigns.
Monitor KPIs (sales, margins, category performance).
Collect feedback from markets and customers to drive product improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Strong understanding of apparel products, especially workwear or PPE.
Experience with private label product development.
Involvement in design and product development processes.
Ability to manage technical documentation and certifications.
Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Highly organized and reliable, with strong prioritization skills.
Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in both Greek and English.
