JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, leading company specializing in Personal Protective Equipment, is looking for a:
Demand Planner

Responsibilities:
Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to support demand forecasting per product category.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to incorporate promotions, tenders, and launches into demand plans.
Translate demand forecasts into purchasing and replenishment recommendations to ensure product availability.
Request quotations, prepare costing sheets, and place purchase orders with suppliers.
Follow up on purchase orders regarding pricing, availability, and delivery times.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and identify slow- or non-moving items.
Communicate with suppliers on orders, quality issues, claims, and returns, supporting supplier performance evaluation.
Perform basic cost, stock, and risk analysis to support purchasing decisions.
Maintain and update ERP / CRM systems, product data, and purchasing records.
Support internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, R&D) with demand, stock, and purchasing-related information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Purchasing Department or supply chain–related role.
Experience in a multinational environment or in the fashion / PPE industry is considered a plus.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems and basic demand or inventory analytics.
Good understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management principles.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (apparel / textiles) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
English: C2 level or native proficiency (written and spoken).
Dutch or Chinese at B2 level is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as an effective team player.
Good negotiation and supplier communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%).
