QA Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading pharmaceutical company, based in Tripolis, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assurance team across operational and project activities
Ensure adherence to GMP requirements and relevant European and international regulations
Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the Quality Management System for new manufacturing capabilities, including sterile products and APIs
Develop, issue, and track validation planning documentation for newly established production areas
Assess and approve quality-related procedures and controlled documents
Work in close cooperation with Production, Technical Services, and Quality Control teams
Support structured change management and risk evaluation throughout project phases

Requirements:

University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a comparable scientific discipline
Advanced education in Quality Management or related fields is considered beneficial
At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems
Experience participating in regulatory audits or inspections is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Professional fluency in Greek and English
Confident user of standard computer applications
Ability to communicate quality expectations clearly and effectively
Self-driven professional capable of delivering results within strict timelines
