JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well-established Greek company in the nutritional supplements sector, is looking for an:
Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounting function and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Supervise and mentor a team of 3 accounting professionals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations
Manage cost accounting and product costing processes
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations
Monitor and optimize accounting processes and internal controls
Coordinate import–export accounting activities, including VAT and customs-related transactions
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities and external (outsourced) accountants
Ensure compliance with Greek GAAP and relevant tax legislation
Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or OTC and consumer healthcare sector
Strong background in Accounting Management & Cost Analysis
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with SoftOne ERP
Experience managing or supervising a small team
Class A signing rights (optional, considered a plus)
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Benefits:
