JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a major international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:
Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote medical products and services
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations for both potential clients and existing accounts
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing timely feedback and insights to the management team
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on sales activities, performance, and market developments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, regulatory) to ensure alignment of business objectives
Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant industry regulations
Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other professional events to enhance brand visibility and build networks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare industry role
Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and industry practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
