Key Account Manager (International Market)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading international manufacturer of commercial cooling equipment, is looking for a:


Key Account Manager



Responsibilities:


  • Develop sales of company products and manage all related sales activities for designated strategic and key accounts

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Develop and implement the annual budget and planning agreement, covering sales turnover, profitability, working capital, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Review account results, analyze and justify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions to ensure alignment with the agreed budget and planning objectives

  • Identify and fully investigate new business opportunities, preparing appropriate proposals to expand existing customer relationships and develop new clientele within the region of responsibility

  • Manage negotiations and finalize contractual terms and conditions in line with company policies

  • Strengthen customer relationships by providing ongoing support and value-added service

  • Assess the commercial landscape, including market size, growth potential, industry trends, and promotion of the company's corporate image, for assigned accounts

  • Provide management with regular reports and analyses on market conditions, competitive activity, and sales performance to support informed decision-making

  • Develop a strong understanding of the political, technical, and economic factors impacting the business within the assigned area


Requirements:


  • BSc in Refrigeration Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA is considered a strong advantage)

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • IT literate, with strong proficiency in standard business applications

  • 4–7 years of relevant B2B commercial experience, preferably within a multinational environment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts

  • Experience in logistics is an advantage

  • Experience in operations is preferred

  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to act as a business owner

  • Strong customer focus and service orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Solid project management capabilities

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Proven negotiation skills
