Key Account Manager (Information Systems)



Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clientele and manage Key Accounts by developing repetitive relationships and maintain top level contacts

  • Identify new business and sales opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

  • Accurately and timely forecast on sales revenues on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Achieve quarterly sales metrics including revenue targets and activity goals (calls, meetings)

  • Participate in contract negotiations with customers to ensure favorable terms

  • Identify product improvements or new products from customer feedback or competitors offerings

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks

  • Maintain the high quality and professional image of the company in all communications and dealings with clients and prospects

  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the market and the competition

  • Support the Commercial proposition during an RFI/RFP process

  • Work closely with the Professionals Services Team (presales, solution design) to ensure high-quality proposal and project implementation


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-years’ sales experience and desirable proven track record of success driving revenue in relevant industry

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business studies

  • Fluency in Greek and English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as first class presentation skills

  • Customer facing negotiation skills

  • Expert on managing and building strong relationships with new clients, as well as client retention

  • Analytical decision making skills & ability to make sales judgement with incomplete information

  • Willingness to travel and ability to organize trips effectively

  • Goal-driven, self-motivated worker with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude as well as cooperation skills within sales teams
