JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a worldwide leading refrigerator supplier company, is looking for a:
Junior Planning Administrator
Job Purpose: Monitor and manage centrally the inventory levels and control activities concerning sales demand and production schedule.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage centrally the inventory levels of both raw materials and of finished product
Reporting requirements to assist accurate decision making
Communicate status and changes to sales team
Monitor the production schedules of each plant to ensure sequence of each order and commitment towards final customer
Assist ancl coordinate activities for materials planning between the local plant, the supplier involved and the Head Office functions
ERP expert that will assist building new business process to be followed
Requirements:
Degree in Business/Economics
A master’s degree will be considered an asset
Proficient user of the English language
IT literate
1-3 years of relevant experience
ERP knowledge will be considered an asset
KPls - Performance Measures: Inventory Levels per entity, Reduction of Obsolete-Slow moving, Consolidation on time demand & supply of FGs
