Construction Supervisor
You will work on the most incredible building in Athens: 200-metre-tall building.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination
Develop and implement a detailed plan for finishing activities, considering project timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of finishing activities within the overall project schedule.
Establish and enforce quality standards for finishes, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any defects or deviations from project specifications.
Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity during the finishing phase.
Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to the project budget.
Supervise and lead a team of finishing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
Stay abreast of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to finishing work.
Ensure that all finishing activities comply with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in finishes management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
