Accountant

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturer specializing in packaging solutions, is looking for an:

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Recording of invoices and other transactions in the accounting/commercial system (Entersoft)

• Monitoring customer balances and participating in collection planning

• Handling supplier payments

• Reconciling accounting and commercial management accounts

• Performing commercial and administrative management tasks

• Conducting inventory checks in the company’s warehouses

• Ensuring correct costing and valuation of products and merchandise

• Managing payroll- and labor-related matters (leaves, sick notes, etc.)

• Collaborating with external IT partners regarding equipment, network, ERP, CRM, etc

• Cooperating with the external Tax Consultant / Accountant

• Maintaining seamless collaboration with all company departments

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics / Accounting

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• Good knowledge of tax legislation

• Very good knowledge of the Greek Accounting Standards

• Very good command of the English language

• Very good computer skills and MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Entersoft & Entersoft Payroll)

• Excellent organizational skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to provide suggestions and solve problems

• Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
