Telesales Agent



As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's employee benefit solutions to potential clients over the phone.


Role based in Thessaloniki, Greece.


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce and explain the company's employee benefit options.

  • Promote and sell the company's offerings to meet sales targets and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Identify and understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize their employee benefit programs.

  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

  • Address any customer inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies and approaches for sales growth.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telesales or related sales roles.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong sales and closing skills.

  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with a drive for success.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.

  • Experience in employee benefits or related industry is preferred.
