Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.

  • Actively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other outreach strategies, particularly with high-potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.

  • Lead by example by taking a hands-on approach to sales, including direct client engagement and prospecting.

  • Mentor, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing the tools and support they need to excel.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring personalized service and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.

    Drive marketing initiatives that highlight our unique value proposition and attract prospective clients


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the logistics or e-commerce environment.

  • A hands-on approach to sales, with a strong willingness to engage in cold calling and direct outreach.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor team members.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.

  • E-commerce experience is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of digital sales channels.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
