Production & Packaging Team Leader

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well established pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production lines
Lead and support production and packaging team members during daily operations and ensure effective allocation of tasks
Ensure the execution of the production plan according to established schedules, quality standards, and production targets
Monitor production processes and promptly address operational issues or deviations
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal quality requirements
Ensure that all production documentation and records are accurately completed and maintained
Monitor production performance and contribute to the achievement of operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, and efficiency
Support the training, onboarding, and continuous development of production personnel
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or another relevant technical/scientific field
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemical, or other regulated industry
Previous experience in a supervisory, Team Leader, Shift Leader, or similar role will be considered a strong asset
Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing processes is highly desirable
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
