JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading group with a strong presence in the facilities management sector:

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Prospect and approach new clients in both the private and public sectors.
Manage and further develop existing client relationships.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
Participate in public and private tenders, including the preparation and submission of bids.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
Proven experience within the Facilities Management, Property Management, or Technical Services sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Valid driver's license.
