JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the construction and scaffolding industry, is looking for a:


Junior Field Engineer



The global leader in innovative scaffolding systems is looking for a Junior Field Engineer, based in Athens, to oversee on-site operations and ensure that all engineering,  construction, or technical activities align with project specifications, timelines, and safety  standards. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between design and execution, ensuring quality control and efficient site coordination.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform customer training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations, product usage guidance, safety

    practices, and technical support, ensuring clients are well equipped to use scaffolding systems correctly and safely

  • Provide field services at customer sites, including support with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding materials, addressing on-site technical challenges, and ensuring proper installation practices

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and industry best practices

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare progress reports, checklists, and site logs

  • Attend site meetings and report project status to General Manager of the company

  • Provide technical guidance & training to the team and assist in problem-solving

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for the project

  • Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays or issues

  • Participate in testing and commissioning when applicable

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to work certifications and  approvals from relevant authorities or consultants



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 

  • Proven experience in a site supervision or field engineering role

  • Solid understanding of engineering concepts and health & safety regulations, Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

  • Strong organizational, communication & presentation skills

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD
