HR Manager

The post holder is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all HR department administrative matters as well as delivering efficient and accurate HR support processes to business members through the effective coordination and management of his team

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for combining and implementing innovative HR practices

  • Training and development of Human Resources

  • Implementation and review of the company's compensation and benefits program

  • Edits the organizational chart of the company

  • Development, analysis and updating of the company's salary budget

  • Development, analysis and updating of the company's evaluation program

  • Develop, review and recommend personnel policies and procedures

  • Maintain records and department reports

  • Monitoring of recruitment processes

  • Participation in administrative staff meetings
