JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading provider of office furniture solutions, along with workplace design and space planning services, is looking for a:
Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
Identify new projects and develop relationships with architectural and technical offices
Present products and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project
Manage projects from the initial stage through to completion
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure coordination and successful delivery
Manage and develop the existing client portfolio
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the office interiors sector
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for clients
Negotiate terms and close agreements to secure new projects
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in B2B sales of products such as furniture, flooring, partitions, lighting, or other architectural materials
Experience in developing new clients and projects
Strong professionalism, commercial awareness, and reliability
Excellent command of Greek and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
