Business Development Manager (Balkan)


In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Balkan region. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and markets in the Balkan region

  • Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

  • Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and networking

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions in the Balkan region

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing

  • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities


Requirements:

  • 5+ of experience in business development or sales roles

  • Ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, engineering, or related field

  • Willingness to travel within the Balkan region as required
