Tax & Accounting Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading financial advisory firm, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting, finance, and tax compliance outsourcing activities for a portfolio of clients
Provide team guidance and support on bookkeeping in accordance with Greek GAAP (and optionally IFRS)
Prepare and review various tax returns including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty, etc.
Monitor compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
Coordinate and review accounting entries and monthly/yearly closings
Liaise with tax authorities and auditors when required
Participate in accounting transformation projects and/or ERP system migration initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely deliverables
Act as the key contact person for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships

Requirements:

Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients effectively
Hands-on experience in accounting transformation projects and ERP system migrations
Solid knowledge of ERP systems such as Softone, Entersoft, or Epsilon Hyperlog
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing, or related fields
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good knowledge of Greek GAAP and accounting standards
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-oriented attitude
Computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is considered an asset
