Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a commercial company leading in the heating and plumbing sector, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Develop procurement strategies to meet business needs with cost-effective and high-quality products.
Supplier Relationship Development: Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers, securing the best possible terms.
Order Planning: Timely and efficient order placement to maintain inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
Inventory Monitoring: Continuously track inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding shortages or overstocking.
Supply Chain Optimization: Coordinate the supply chain from ordering to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Cost Control and Management: Record and analyze procurement and logistics costs to reduce expenses and increase profitability.
Warehouse Organization: Design and oversee warehouse procedures using modern technologies for optimal storage operations.
Transport Management: Plan and supervise the company’s logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to monitor procurement and logistics performance and support informed decision-making.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate and cooperate with departments such as sales and warehouse to ensure smooth business operations.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve issues related to procurement, warehousing, and transportation to avoid delays or disruptions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Head of Procurement or Logistics
University degree (higher education)
Excellent knowledge of the procurement and logistics market
Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
Organizational and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Excellent command of English
