Sales Representative

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of clients, while creating development for future growth. You will manage an extensive network of outlets and assets, on Trade channel.


  • Make routine visits to maintain current items and increase account penetration

  • Develop the territory for future growth by bringing on appropriate new accounts

  • Develop positive customer relationships by responding to requests and issue that may arise in a timely and expedient fashion

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations by balancing the company’s priorities and customers’ needs to include selling display ideas, new products, cold box, shelf, back bar placements and resets, drink and wine lists, and promotions

  • Strategize on how best to achieve sales and merchandising objectives

  • Maintain product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves

  • Attain standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management

  • Ensure maximum brand visibility within accounts by using effective and current point of sale materials when appropriate

  • Obtain payments for company by collecting and delivering checks or other remittance from accounts where legally permissible

  • Remain informed of company/supplier activities and updates by attending and actively participating in weekly sales meetings

  • Collect customer feedback, perform sales analysis and capitalize on opportunities

  • Monitor and report competitive activities

  • Utilize sales support toolkits and tools, adjust them to fit customers’ needs and provide inputs from field to ensure constant improvements

  • Perform any other role related tasks that may be assigned


  • University degree

  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience, with a proven successful track in the spirits/ beer/ beverages industry

  • Fluency in the English and Greek language

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office

  • Driving License

  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships

  • Customer Service & Negotiation skills

  • Self-motivation

  • Teamwork
