Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
Actively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other outreach strategies, particularly with high-potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Lead by example by taking a hands-on approach to sales, including direct client engagement and prospecting.
Mentor, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing the tools and support they need to excel.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring personalized service and ongoing satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and sales data to inform and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
Drive marketing initiatives that highlight our unique value proposition and attract prospective clients
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the logistics or e-commerce environment.
A hands-on approach to sales, with a strong willingness to engage in cold calling and direct outreach.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor team members.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
E-commerce experience is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of digital sales channels.
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
