JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a global leader in the trade credit insurance sector, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Oversee collection activities for both solvent and insolvent buyers, aiming to secure full payment or agree on payment plans
Identify and allocate payments to the correct Collections and Claims files, ensuring accuracy according to established rules
Develop and implement collection action plans during the amicable phase, and assess when legal action is necessary
Collaborate with external collection partners, monitor their activities, and validate costs while ensuring compliance with internal SLAs
Provide expert advice and support to policyholders and intermediaries regarding recovery processes and operational decisions
Gather and analyze debtor information, propose legal actions, and manage insolvency procedures efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on collection and insolvency processes
Collaborate closely and support other departments ensuring data accuracy and developing solution-driven approach

Requirements:

8+ years of strong expertise in B2B collection activities and/or credit control, with a focus on both amicable and legal processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince stakeholders and guide decisions
Proficiency in English, with a solid understanding of contract law, local legal processes, and insolvency procedures
Result-oriented, flexible, and a team player with a customer-centric approach
Ability to develop strategic collection plans and adapt to changing scenarios
AI related skills, e.g. ChatGPT
