JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading shipping company, is looking for a:
Marine Personnel Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
Designs, supports, and continuously improves business systems and applications within the Marine Personnel
Department, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives
Acts as a key liaison between Marine Personnel, IT, and external vendors for system development, enhancements, and integrations
Monitors, maintains, and optimizes database performance, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems
Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical specifications and system solutions
Participates in ERP-related initiatives, including implementation, upgrades, and process optimization projects
Develops and maintains reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to support decision-making
Manages and analyzes large datasets using SQL and Excel, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting
Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance processes, and system validation activities
Provides day-to-day user support, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring smooth system operation
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system efficiency
Maintains system documentation, data models, and process flows
Supports data preparation, reporting, and analytics for internal stakeholders and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, or a related field
A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be considered a strong asset
At least 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, systems development, or integrations
Prior experience in the shipping industry will be considered an advantage
Advanced SQL and Excel skills are essential
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint is strongly preferred
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, and API testing tools will be considered an asset
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modeling is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Greek and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
