IT Security Expert

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading insurance company, is looking for an:

Responsibilities:

Looking for security weaknesses, unusual behavior, or exposed systems and helping to reduce risk
Reviewing access requests, firewall changes, and other changes that may affect security
Running vulnerability scans, reviewing results, and following up on remediation
Helping review penetration test results and prioritize actions
Supporting security awareness activities, including phishing simulations
Helping with audits, documentation, and compliance activities
Monitoring vendors’ external exposure and reporting potential risks
Supporting logging, incident handling, and communication with the Group SOC
Taking part in incident response and crisis situations when needed
Supporting secure software changes and basic code analysis activities
Helping with data protection, classification, and DLP-related issues
Participating in backup tests and disaster recovery exercises
Supporting and planning complex remediation activities

Requirements:

3–7 years of relevant experience in cyber security, IT operations, or a related field
Solid background in IT or computer science, with hands-on experience in system administration, networking, or operations
Practical understanding of cyber security fundamentals (threats, vulnerabilities, access control, logging, incident response)
Experience or strong interest in vulnerability management and security monitoring
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking concepts (firewalls, routing, protocols)
Basic knowledge of identity and access management, including privileged access concepts
Basic knowledge of security tools and platforms (vulnerability scanners, SIEM, threat intelligence, or similar)
Understanding of secure software development concepts and interest in code analysis (static/dynamic)
