General Manager (Telco - Construction)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Multinational company specializing in Telecommunications, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's operations, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance market position and achieve financial objectives.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to maximize collaboration.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Present business updates and reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
Civil Engineering academic background could be an asset.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
