JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an integrated concessions group with operations across airports, highways, and rail infrastructure, is looking for a:
Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
Analyze and maintain complex financial models; assess impact of business assumptions on valuation and performance
Prepare scenario analysis and present insights to management and boards
Lead financial modeling for projects, strategic planning, and M&A support
Ensure consistency of local models with Group standards and reporting systems
Oversee financial reporting for the Greek portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review financial statements, budgets, and variances (actual vs. budget, Y-o-Y)
Ensure proper implementation of IFRS treatments and Group reporting requirements
Coordinate with project entities and HQ for reporting deadlines and issue resolution
Contribute to ESG reporting and consolidated portfolio performance reports
Support development of forecasting and performance monitoring tools
Improve reporting processes and implement internal financial guidelines
Build knowledge of concession and financing agreements to support analysis
Promote use of tools like Power BI and AI for advanced financial insights
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution
3–5 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, transaction services, asset management, or financial controlling
Prior experience in an advisory firm, investment banking, transactions, or M&A is strongly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint
Strong command of SAP systems; ability to navigate and extract data efficiently for reporting and analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into clear business insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Self-starter with high level of autonomy, organization, and responsibility in a fast-paced, international environment
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with IFRS and corporate reporting practices is an advantage
Interest or experience in infrastructure, concession, or energy sectors is considered a plus
