Distribution Platform Optimization Specialist

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading retailer of electrical and electronic goods in Greece and Cyprus, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Engage with cross-functional teams to design, implement, enhance new operations, processes and enhance existing platforms, emphasizing continuous improvement in customer experience and cost-performance KPIs.
Engage with cross-functional teams in designing new supply chain flows that cover B2B, B2G and B2C operations.
Support the manager in core decisions regarding the routing optimization through test scenarios and simulations.
Support all the efforts on new capabilities implementation on different platforms.
Propose enhancements for the middle mile, last mile and POD platform according to the distribution transformation roadmap.
Propose improvements on current platform performance regarding customer experience and cost performance KPI’s.
Update work allocation and propose alternative simulations to leverage GIS capabilities.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution Operations.
Experience in Large-Scale Distribution Networks.
Participation in small/medium or large projects rollout.
Process Improvement & Project Implementation.
Budget & Cost Management in Distribution.
