Business Development Specialist



Responsibilities:


  • Identify new projects and develop relationships with architectural and technical offices

  • Present products and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project

  • Manage projects from the initial stage through to completion

  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure coordination and successful delivery

  • Manage and develop the existing client portfolio

  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the office interiors sector

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for clients

  • Negotiate terms and close agreements to secure new projects


Requirements:


  • 2-3 years experience in B2B sales of products such as furniture, flooring, partitions, lighting, or other architectural materials

  • Experience in developing new clients and projects

  • Strong professionalism, commercial awareness, and reliability

  • Excellent command of Greek and English

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
