JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a global leader in the trade credit insurance sector, is looking for an:
Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions aligned with their risk profiles
Collaborate closely with underwriting and claims teams to provide seamless service and resolve client issues promptly
Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
Support sales initiatives by providing market insights and client feedback to internal teams
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and client activities
Negotiate contract terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes and customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management or client servicing within the insurance or financial services sector
Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze financial data and understand client business models
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Proficient in English (C1 level or above) – both written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
