JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading and creative travel company, based in Athens, is looking for a Senior Travel Designer to join its dynamic sales team.
Senior Travel Designer
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in the system
Process bookings and reservations accurately
Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
