Boutique Manager
Role based in Astir Marina Vouliagmenis.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that showcase the brand's unique identity.
Build strong relationships with customers and cultivate a loyal client base.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Collaborate with headquarters on inventory management and product assortment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Boutique Manager or similar role in the luxury retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current market trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in English.
