JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a digital company based in Athens, is looking for a :
Web Designer
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing, engaging mobile-first website experiences, creating simple and user-friendly User Interfaces and designing Newsletters, Display advertising & Social Media creatives that achieve global business goals.
You will be required to translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs, and participate in brainstorm sessions with the creative team to develop concept proposals.
Requirements:
Design engaging mobile-first (luxury, minimal, outstanding) websites
Translate wireframes into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces
Design Newsletters, Display advertising & Social Media creatives that achieve global business goals
Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs
Participate in brainstorm sessions with the creative team to develop concept proposals
Collaborate with team to translate ideas into brand- and business-driving experiences and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders
Ensure that all work adheres to brand guidelines and transform the brand aesthetic to digital platforms
Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision
Contribute to the spirit of innovation by providing creative solutions and applying new ideas, new technologies, and digital trends
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Web Designer with University degree level in relevant field
Excellent knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs (Adobe Xd, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After effects)
Expertise developing results-driven solutions in web design, display advertising, email marketing & Social Media marketing
Good understanding of key online marketing principles
Team-oriented and able to receive and manage feedback well
Fluent in both Greek and English language
