Vessel Performance and Data Enablement Lead
Responsibilities:
Ensure our clients receive the optimal data from their vessel
Analyse and monitor the clients vessels’ performance
Coordinate with the Systems and Instrumentation Engineers and other internal and external stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Communicate with clients
Requirements
Naval/Mechanical/Marine Engineering background
Experience as Technical Superintendent
Experience in performance, instrumentation engineering or IT.
At least 4 years of work experience in a similar role
Experience in the commercial shipping industry is highly desired
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in fast paced environments and meet set deadlines
Excellent communication, problem-solving and management skills
Highly self motivated, accountable and committed
Process Optimization/Automation mentality
Results oriented mindset
Ability to work in cross functional teams
