JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a clothing & equipment company based in Athens, is looking for a :
Tender Specialist
The role of Tender Specialist is to participate in the development of the company through the analyse, organize and process tenders that have arisen from sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Monitor and index the competitions announced every day
Propose the participation of the company according to the priorities decided by the sales department
Analyze, evaluate and prepare competitions in collaboration with the purchasing, production and sales departments
Present the data collected and prepare the file to be submitted
Monitor the scheduling of each competition and update the company system
Monitor the progress of the evaluation of the submission
In case of an award, prepare the necessary documents for the conclusion of the contract
Create reports that aim to providing feedback to the management and all the departments involved
Monitor the availability of the necessary supporting documents / certificates for the processing of tenders
Qualifications:
1-2 years of working experience will be considered a plus
Excellent knowledge in English (C1 level)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365®
Knowledge of Soft1 ERP- CRM will be considered a plus
