Technical Consultant
Responsibilities:
Supervise and resolve problems with end customers and partners (problems Hardware/Software of all kinds)
Daily customer support at Hardware and Software level (problems in Workstations & Servers)
Visits for installation/technical problem resolution checks to end customers with scheduled appointments or remote technical problem solving
Requirements:
Desirable previous work experience as a Technical Consultant
Graduate in Informatics - Systems Engineering
Necessary knowledge MS Windows server
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of networks
Customer-centric concept
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Very good knowledge of English
