JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a business software company, based in Athens, is looking for a:


Technical Consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and resolve problems with end customers and partners (problems Hardware/Software of all kinds)

  • Daily customer support at Hardware and Software level (problems in Workstations & Servers)

  • Visits for installation/technical problem resolution checks to end customers with scheduled appointments or remote technical problem solving

Requirements:

  • Desirable previous work experience as a Technical Consultant

  • Graduate in Informatics - Systems Engineering

  • Necessary knowledge MS Windows server

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of SQL

  • Basic knowledge of networks

  • Customer-centric concept

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Very good knowledge of English
