JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Digital Design & Transformation agency, based in Athens, is looking for a :


Technical Account Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with clients to strengthen relationships at high and middle level in the assigned portfolio of accounts.

  • Analyses clients’ needs and identifies upsell opportunities inside the client’s digital ecosystem and builds a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.

  • Develops a complete program management plan for the assigned projects aligned with client’s strategic priorities and agency's resource allocation.

  • Provides technology consulting to support the sales process.

  • Manages multiple independent opportunities, delivering results.

  • Clarifies requirements & Sets project’s quality and performance standards.

  • Creates commercial documents by describing efficiently all the above, as a response to the technical, business, and financial elements of RFIs/RFPs.

  • Produces Bill of Materials including all equipment and professional services required for project completion.

  • Communicates with external partners and suppliers to find the best possible solution for the case.

  • Defines high-level time plans for the implementation of the project within the sales process.

  • Makes suggestions on possible improvements that always must be aligned with the company’s internal processes and regulations.

  • Negotiates with the client for all aspects of the proposal.

  • Prepares presentations and delivers demonstrations to board level executives, senior management, technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Carefully reviews the contracts with the clients to ensure a profitable agreement for the company.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in the field of web / digital applications will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Greek and English), with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally.

  • Strong experience facing customers and promoting software and services.

  • Presentation and product demonstration experience.

  • Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs and Tender documents.

  • Experience in Business Development with enterprise clients in web and mobile technologies.

  • Ability to grasp technical and customer issues and turn them into business actions.

  • Ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions and provide suggestions/improvements.

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project).
