Talent Acquisition & Development Officer

The role will be responsible for the ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition function aiming to attract the best-in-class talent across all aspects of the business.

The role will also contribute to the effective and quality delivery of the Organization’s activities by aligning the development of talents with the strategic objectives of the organization.


  • Managing the end-to-end Talent Management program (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Deployment, and Talent Retention)

  • Determining the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including leveraging external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, campus career centers, and other mediums.

  • Ensure qualitative and timely recruitments processes and onboarding processes

  • Developing communication norms and approaches that lead to a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement a robust development program aiming to enhance skills and knowledge, motivate and retain employees and contribute to the company’s culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Partnering with the company’s stakeholders to attract, develop, and promote an authentic and compelling employer brand.

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the Performance Management System, coordinating the job descriptions of each function and employee

  • Oversee the implement of regular performance evaluation processes in line with company policy

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose actions to enhance satisfaction whenever required


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business or human resources preferred

  • 5 plus years of full lifecycle recruiting experience ideally with a combination of corporate recruiting and agency experience in the IT Services sector

  • A proven experience in creating program and strategies in talent and people development

  • Able to multitask and work under deadlines

  • Strong problem solving and verbal & written communication skills

  • Able to work as a team both internally and cross-functionally

  • Proven practice of a high level of confidentiality, consistency and fairness

  • Excellent listening and communication skills and the capacity to form effective working relationships
