System Engineer and System Administrator (Solaris & Linux)
Mobile to work in several European countries
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage, monitor and control large IT systems with COTS (System Administration, Network administration, UNIX administration, Windows administration and support framework, Linux operating system)
Installation and configuration of Software
Configuration of interfaces of the system
Integration and testing of data links
Troubleshooting any reported problems, and resolve HW and SW problems
Support to local subcontractors dealing with the System Integration
Trains and assist peers
Provides adequate tracking, reporting and visibility on issues relative to product performance
Reporting on progress of System deployment
Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise.
Requirements
Knowledges in Network administration ( CISCO system, Network security), UNIX Administration (Solaris, Oracle), Linux operating system, Windows administration and support framework, Modems installation and configuration (protocols, connection, configuration)
Fluent in English, other European language would be a plus
