Support Services Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Mentoring & supporting the enterprise IT software support services team
Oversee customer/partner issues and track issues to resolution
Analysis of statistics and creation of reporting on the issues of the department
Monitor industry developments and apply best practices to department processes
Achieving qualitative and quantitative department goals
Prioritize department workflow
Training, developing and maintaining the department's human resources at desired performance levels
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
3+ years of experience as Support Consultant in ERP systems
Excellent knowledge of software products
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of the English language
