JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a business software company, based in Athens, is looking for a:


Support Services Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring & supporting the enterprise IT software support services team

  • Oversee customer/partner issues and track issues to resolution

  • Analysis of statistics and creation of reporting on the issues of the department

  • Monitor industry developments and apply best practices to department processes

  • Achieving qualitative and quantitative department goals

  • Prioritize department workflow

  • Training, developing and maintaining the department's human resources at desired performance levels


Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

  • 3+ years of experience as Support Consultant in ERP systems

  • Excellent knowledge of software products

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Very good knowledge of the English language
