Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
Provision of technical support of company's applications to end customers
Daily service and consulting services according to needs of the customer
Management of customer improvement requests-suggestions regarding use and development of applications
Requirements:
Studies in Economics and Accounting
Good knowledge of tax and labour legislation as well as monitoring ability and assimilation of their constant changes
Experience in a corresponding position supporting accounting & payroll applications will be considered an additional asset
Excellent communication skills
