Stores Manager - Rhodes
Responsibilities :
Monitoring and monthly control of the financial results of the airport stores and formulation of action plans
Training store managers in the company's operating standards
Evaluation of the stores based on a checklist and implementation of necessary corrective actions, where required
Carrying out regular and extraordinary checks in the cash registers and inventory of goods
Customer complaint management
Staff training in new products and processes
Staffing stores and participating in the organization of work programs
Coordination of store openings/ renovations/ closures
Monitoring commercial environment
Strategy Implementation
Candidate Profile
Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years (desirable in the field of catering)
University/TEI degree in (Business Administration, Finance) will be considered an additional qualification
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Very good knowledge of English language
Very good written and verbal communication
Responsibility, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, organization
The position requires relocation to the region where the airport is located
